These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of kondigital.net and any service you order from us. By placing an order or paying a quotation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. Our services

We provide digital marketing and creative services, including social media management, AI video ads, motion graphics, ad design, presentation design, website design, Arabic voice-over, social media audit & strategy, and paid advertising campaign management. The exact scope of each service is described on its service page, store product page, or in your written quotation.

3. How an order works

• Order: you buy a service from our store or accept a written quotation from us.
• Payment: you pay the full amount (or the deposit stated in the quotation).
• Brief: you send us your brief, materials and any information we need.
• Delivery: we deliver the work within the delivery time stated on the product page or quotation. Delivery time starts after we receive both the payment and a complete brief.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Any bank or currency-conversion fees charged by your card issuer are your responsibility.

Paid advertising: for campaign management services we charge a management fee only. The advertising budget is paid by you directly to the ad platform (e.g. Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google). We do not sell or resell ad spend, views or reach.

5. Revisions

Each service includes the number of revision rounds stated on its product page or in your quotation. If no number is stated, the service includes 2 rounds of revisions. A revision is a change to the delivered work within the original brief. New ideas, a new direction or extra items are treated as new work and may be quoted separately.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, materials (logos, photos, texts, videos) and timely feedback and approvals.
• Make sure you own or have the right to use any content you send us, and that it does not break any law or third-party rights.
• Review the delivered work and request revisions within 14 days of delivery. If we receive no feedback within this time, the work is considered approved.

Delays caused by missing materials or late feedback extend the delivery time accordingly.

7. Intellectual property

After full payment, you own the final delivered files created for you. Until full payment, all rights remain with Kon Digital LLC. Third-party assets (such as licensed music, fonts or stock images) remain subject to their own licenses. We may show the work in our portfolio and social media, unless you ask us in writing not to.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

9. No guarantee of results

We use our professional experience to create effective work and campaigns, but we do not guarantee specific results such as views, followers, leads, sales or return on ad spend. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including ad platforms, market conditions and your product or offer.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kon Digital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
