Kon Digital LLC provides digital services (design, video, social media, websites and marketing). Because each service is custom work, refunds depend on how far the work has progressed:

Full refund

• If you cancel your order before we start working on it.
• If we are unable to deliver the service as agreed.

Partial refund

If you cancel after work has started, we may refund part of the amount based on the work already completed, at our discretion. Completed work will be shared with you.

No refund

• After the final files have been delivered and approved.
• After the included revision rounds have been used.
• For advertising budgets, which are paid by you directly to the ad platform and not to us.

How to request a refund

Email ad@kondigital.net with your order number and the reason for your request. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Please contact us first

If you have any problem with an order, please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We will do our best to solve it quickly.
